Hi all, I'm an intermediate guitarist who likes and plays both acoustic and electric. I can also (modestly) carry a tune. I’m looking to get with a like-minded person or persons, vocalists and/or players, or a non pro for-fun band to jam and have fun and maybe eventually do an occasional open mic night;. My tastes and influences are wide - classic/indie/folk rock, blues, etc. most anything, but not everything. A sampling would include John Hiatt, Tom Petty, James Taylor, Eagles, Mark Knopfler, the Decemberists, John Prine, Wilco, Dangermouse, Dylan, Beatles, Fogerty/Creedence etc. My abilities are modest but competent; no setting the frets on fire here, but I can manage to do a song justice.
