But hey, let's disregard that "militia" part. You can try to point fingers elsewhere, but the truth is people with their own agendas did most of the damage at those protests. And the people in DC on Jan 6th were there at the behest and to do the bidding of the Dump. He knew they were armed. He knew what they were going to do. On your comments, you can try to re-write things to suit your narrative, but the truth will win out. People who committed crimes should be arrested and charged regardless of their financial advantage. Americans need to see that the law applies to everyone equally.
