Maggie is a 2 year old boxer mix. Fully potty trained, crate trained, UTD on shots and spayed. We let her free roam when we leave all day and she does great! She truly is an amazing girl BUT even after working with her for a year. She still has zero patience for my my babies. With another on the way I can’t take the chance of her biting one of them but also it isn’t fair for her to be this stressed out. She has to be with older kids! I’ve worked with her, and I’ve worked my kids. But, with two literal babies they go separate ways and it’s hard to make sure they give her, her space. She resource guards her food, even after a year. My other dogs have just learned that she eats first lol she has never snapped at them but they also leave at her first growl. Female dogs are iffy. As long as they give her space and don’t jump on her she is fine. She matches dogs energies. So if you have a super lazy chill dog, that’s what she will be. If you have a playful dog. That’s what she will be. NO CATS. That’s another reason, my neighbors have SEVERAL. She is TERRIFIED of fireworks or gun shots and needs meds for that time of the year! She’s truly a people pleaser and an amazing dog that just need older kids and no cats. There is a rehoming fee.
