I’m a 35 year old singer looking to join a band. My current band has hit a wall, so I’m looking to move on. I have a background in grunge revival (Citizen, Basement, Teenage Wrist, Superheaven), Nu Metal (Deftones, Korn, Taproot) & Hard Rock (Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park), Shoegaze (The Smiths, Mathew Good). My top 5 favorite bands are Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Stone Temple Pilots, The Beatles, & Everclear. Looking to do originals. I play guitar, but really want to focus on singing because that’s where I can perform at my best. Hoping for a pretty relaxed environment, & not looking to fit a mold of some sort, just playing music where we all aim to be ourselves
