We are a family-owned and operated business that holds ourselves to the highest standards. You will be working closely with us and our employees. We expect all employees to follow the guidelines set for you. There are many different processes for cleaning but we expect you to adapt to the methods we have in place. Those with restrictive lifestyles or no transportation need not apply. Attendance is key for this position. Showing up late, tardiness, and repeated "calling out sick" will not be tolerated. This is a great opportunity to get in with a small company that truly cares about its employees and its customers! We're looking for high-quality cleaning professionals who: 1. Having cleaning experience is a plus! 2. Must be a go-getter! 3. Must take pride in and be dedicated to their work. 4. Must be cheerful and courteous to ALL of our customers every day! 5. Must have high standards of cleanliness. 6. Must work well with others and independently. Pay starts at $12.00-$14.00 an hour for training, depending on the level of experience. Raise after 90 days. Salary plus commission! Bonus available! You keep all your tips!!!
