Property Maintenance Technician
Must be able to work 40 hours a week M-F 8-4:30, and be available for a rotating emergency after hour/weekend “on-call” schedule.
Compensation: $20-27/hr based on experience and skills, paid holidays and PTO
As a property maintenance technician you will be responsible for completing work orders, move-outs, property maintenance, and remodeling. You must be a jack of all trades that can identify and problem solve issues that may arise in a single family home or apartment building with a cost effective mindset.
Experience and Requirements:
5+ years experience in property maintenance, construction, carpentry, hotel maintenance, etc
valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
basic hand and power tools
smart phone and capability of completing work orders via phone
comfortable on extension ladders and roofs
reliable and on time
work quick and efficiently
provide excellent customer service to tenants
ability to follow directions
attention to details
Roles and Reponsiblities: (but not limited to)
plumbing and plumbing repairs
light electric and electrical repairs
demolition
framing
drywall, spackling, painting
trim
door and window repairs
floor installation
kitchen and bathroom remodeling
roof repairs
sewer back-ups
snow removal/lawn care and cleaning gutters
routine maintenance on HVAC systems
You will be provided a work van and have access to tools required for jobs
