Brand new residential cleaning company in South Orange County looking for cleaning contractors to join our outfit! Some experience is preferred but typical tasks include dusting, replacing trash, cleaning walls/baseboards, vacuuming, cleaning the inside of ovens, and polishing appliances/furniture. **THIS IS NOT A PAID POSITION** This position is not paid an hourly wage, however, that provides some more upside for you, the cleaner. The revenue from each job will be split 50/50 between the cleaner and the company/dispatcher. If there are multiple cleaners on a job, the company will take 25% and the other 75% will be split by the entire crew (a job requiring multiple cleaners will command a much higher fee). We require cleaners to carry their own insurance, however, we will walk you through the entire process of obtaining insurance and the monthly cost will be equal to less than what you will make in one job. While we don't currently provide benefits, aside from the ability to choose the jobs you take and professional development assistance from the owner, we are planning to grow. Help us grow and we will do the same for you! The owner has no plans to cap the growth of this company and he intends to promote from within. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Your own cleaning supplies are preferred, however, we will provide you with a stipend and list to purchase them if you do not have your own.
