During breathwork, develop a healthy connection with your emotions, increasing self-love, openness, and gratitude. The breath is the great revealer allowing you to practice self-awareness without judgment. Breathwork helps release stress, anxiety, and grief. Breathwork retrains the nervous system and the fight or flight response, moving stuck, stagnant energy and purging it, thus increasing your energy levels and clarity. Tiffany, Breathworker + Well-being Life Coach and owner of Breathworx614, will guide you through this beautiful and gentle experience for about 45 minutes, so you can come out stronger and ready to receive the peace in the holiday season.
The Yoga portion will be led by Bri Hartke, 200hr certified yoga instructor. Experience a slow Ahimsa flow. Ahimsa Yoga guides us to live in a way that cultivates a sense of peace with ourselves and the world around us. It promotes being gentle with one's physical body, as well as one's mental thoughts.
