Dear Pastor/Leaders, My heart is truly grateful. I truly believe transformational leadership will excel us to Kingdom dimensions that Christ will fulfill in us and the people we lead. Times and seasons are always changing but the principles in the Word of God are always relevant. Jesus commanded us to make disciples in all the world. I believe discipleship is the most important key for deployment. Once we run out of leaders the vision dies. Leadership development should always be ongoing in the Kingdom of God. Organizations spend billions of dollars per year in development of their employees. What about the Kingdom of God? This is a question I have asked many leaders throughout countries. Jesus invested in twelve because He understood His mission and He knew He had a short time to fulfill what he was sent to do.
