Join us for an all levels, 60 minute socially distanced yoga flow at 1623 Brewery. Your ticket includes the yoga class and your first beer. This class is designed to get your heart pumping before settling down onto our mats for some juicy stretching. The yoga sequences are designed to be accessible to all yogis from those attending their very first yoga class to more advanced practitioners. 1623 hosts the class which means one of their wonderful beers is included in the class fee. For those not imbibing, they have a variety of non-alcoholic offerings as well. Come for the class and stay for the wonderful community! We are trying to be as safe as possible so please make sure to bring your mask along with your mat.
