Established Cleaning Company seeks an experienced Area Manager to join our management team. We continue to grow in a fast paced and dynamic business environment. We seek an Area Manager who can manage a portfolio of clients and employees to include screening, hiring, assignment and training of new employees, managing and supervising current employees, visit client locations to assess services and conduct client contact visits, ensure supplies and materials are available at the various locations, and report any irregularities. Any handyman or maintenance experience would be a plus. Ideal Candidates Must be: 26 years of age or older and legally able to work in the US, organized, detailed and quality driven. Bilingual in English AND Spanish is a MUST. MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record. Able to pass drug screen. Be able to use computer for basic e-mail and scheduling needs. Be able to operate a smartphone with e-mail, text, google, etc. Responsibilities include: Managing and supervising assigned Janitorial Services Accounts. Respond to client locations to assess and resolve any issues. Respond to client locations to ensure services are being delivered, inspect and train employees. Ensure client locations and employees have needed supplies. Responding to emergencies when needed. Ability to be On-Call in case of emergencies. Schedule is Mon-Fri. One Saturday a month. Three days 9AM to 6PM and 2 days 2PM-11PM. Must have flexibility for some weekend/afterhours work needs and OT. Our operations span South and Central Florida, occasional travel to Naples, Tampa, or Orlando may be needed. Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses and projects. Any Handyman/Maintenance and Repair Technician experience would be a plus and offer greater earnings potential. Our company offers a good wage and benefits package to include: Paid vacations.
