This "one night only" event will feature Baton Rouge's Best Chef of 2022, Thien Nguyen and his sublime passion for food, along with Lauren Attaway of Uncorked Wines, and her stellar palate for all things wine! Soji will be conducting a flavor experiment of both familiar and new flavor profiles which are sure to provide a supremely memorable experience! Our Chef's menu is below!
