Description

At this High Fitness donation-based class for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, we will not only move while following fun, energetic movements--but also move towards a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. All levels are welcome--as modifications will be shown. Come to learn more about CF, get an amazing workout, as well as treats and prizes! Ticket contributions will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for research, education, medical advancements as we get closer to a cure. Each ticket donation of $5 or more will earn a ticket for the drawing. Additional drawing tickets will be available for $5 each at the event. Please note--we ask that anyone with Cystic Fibrosis refrains from attending to ensure health and safety. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to donate to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at cff.org.
