looking for boat dock on willamette river

I am looking for a place to dock my 30ft sailboat on the Willamette river, south of Portland, for the winter. the boat draws 6 ft and I will need 110 volt power. I would like to find a more convenient spot to do some work on the interior and systems. The boat is currently docked on the Columbia river at Hayden Island. I live in Newberg and would like to shorten my commute. Please call or text Saul
