Our partners at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery, the official hospital of the TCS New York City Marathon, will be on-site at the TCS New York City Marathon Pavilion. Exercise physiologists will lead restorative stretching sessions to help aid recovery. Each session is 25 minutes. For more information, please visit our site. Please see below for detailed information on each session. 10-10:25am, 10:30-10:55am, 11-11:25am- Chelsea Long, MS,CSCS Join exercise physiologist Chelsea Long for this guided 25 minute mobility recovery routine for restorative stretching techniques. The class will begin with a brief self-assessment and then will be followed by a full body routine with an emphasis on the lower body to help you recover from the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon 11:30-11:55am- Pam Geisel, MS, CSCS, RRCA Run Coach Join exercise physiologist Pam Geisel for this guided 25 minute mobility routine using a combination of foam rolling and stretching techniques. The class will begin with a brief self-assessment and then will be followed by a full body routine with an emphasis on the lower body to help aid in your recovery from the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon. 12-12:25pm, 12:30-12:55pm, 1-1:25pm- Polly de Mille, RN, MA, ACSM-CEP, CSCS, USAT Join exercise physiologist Polly de Mille for this guided 25 minute mobility routine using a combination of foam rolling and stretching techniques. The class will begin with a brief self-assessment and then will be followed by a full body routine with an emphasis on the lower body to help aid in your recovery from the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon. 1:30-1:55pm, 2-2:25pm, 2:30-2:55pm- Cara Senicola, PT, DPT, OCS, USATF-1, CYT Join physical therapist Cara Ann Senicola for this guided 25 minute marathon wind down movement practice. This class will begin with a brief self-assessment and then will be followed by a gentle movement practice aimed at allowing for improved flexibility and release of muscle tension to help aid in your recovery from the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon.
