This is a free event for seniors and/or their primary caretakers or family who Multiple vendors, who are healthcare professionals, will be speaking on specific topics such as fall prevention, coping with stress as a caregiver of a loved one suffering from memory loss and the signs and ways to prevent depression amongst our senior community. Select Rehabilitation will be doing a demonstration of their VSTBalance machine, which is a fall prevention tool. There will be a variety of casseroles , salad, deserts and drinks. Door prizes will be given to the first 10 attendees and we will also have a raffle giveaway. Gift bags will be given to all attendees so please RSVP
