We're finally here, folks: Purchasing this ticket is your entry into the first annual New York Growers Cup awards show and reception!It's our first year, and you're probably wondering what to expect! Fair enough! We've got answers:The NYGC awards show and reception is all-inclusive. That means you pay one price to get in, and everything is included! Drinks, food, flower, and hash consumption are all included in the ticket price to the NYGC awards show and reception. In short: It's going to be the best goddamn sesh New York City has ever seen. We've got a 350-person capacity art gallery space in Tribeca that our art director Slaps is converting into an elegant, comfortable awards show!This is a catered event, care of the fine folks at Cento Percento, which means appetizers, panini, and desserts. New York City's finest tea purveyor, So Lah Tea, will be providing the drinks.The NYGC awards show and reception is a smoke-friendly space. To that end, we have an extensive flower bar that features New York flower from NYGC entrants, and a wide-ranging hash bar that features both rosin and classic temple balls. You are also welcome to bring your own, of course!Beyond food and flower, the NYGC awards show and reception will of course be an awards show! We are giving out trophies to the winners of each of our five categories! There will be special guests from the industry presenting awards! There will be music performances! Expect nothing less!To be all the way clear: This isn't a vending event, it's an awards reception and party! We're getting together to celebrate the incredible growers from all over New York State who entered their small batch, hand-crafted flower into this historic competition. Our intention with the New York Growers Cup, from the very start, has been to bring together New York's best growers for the first time in one room. Our hope is that talented growers from all over the state find colleagues to collaborate with, partners to form companies with, and investors to enable those goals -- all while celebrating each other's incredible talents and sharing a J.
