Renaissance Man Book Club is a Dallas-based 501c3 nonprofit seeking to bridge the gap between academia and entertainment surrounding the holistic wellness of black men. Barbershop Talk is our kickoff event in partnership with BlackLit, a black-owned book store, bringing black men for a group discussion on manhood pulling from the works of bell hooks, Justin Baldoni, Jose Miguel Ruiz and more. Complimentary shape-ups will be offered by local barbers as well as free hair care products and light refreshments. Pull up and join the movement.
