This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about mantra, intention setting, or using mala beads for meditation, yoga practice, or peace of mind. Each participant will make a wood and gemstone bead mala necklace to take home and enjoy for years to come. No experience with mantra, yoga, or jewelry making is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
