Scott Fikse is an experienced vocalist, teacher, conductor, and scholar with 15 years of experience. With a diverse background that includes jazz, classical, theater, and choral performance, Scott is comfortable teaching students of varying interests. Lessons will incorporate style, technique, and state of mind / emotional connection to our work as artists. We can learn to feel sensations in vocal production and associate them with a desired sound, allowing us to more fully integrate our singing into our bodies through this awareness. Scott recently moved to Seattle from Honolulu in summer of 2022 and is pursuing graduate music studies at the University of Washington. His career spans cruise ship entertainment, secondary education, professional choral directing, and musical theater performance. Please contact him for rates and availability.
