The popular Palm Beach Balloon Festival returns December 1 - 4, 2022 to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches (formerly held at International Polo Club prior to Covid). SEE VIDEO FROM OUR LAST EVENT IN WELLINGTON This event requires tickets to be booked before arrival due to the fact that it always sells out. We don't know what the weather will be like, but if balloons do not inflate customers can exchange tickets for the event next year or any of our other locations. **Hot air balloons require calm weather and only the balloon pilots can decide when it is safe. Despite December weather being mostly good for ballooning, we have this disclaimer because the weather is not something we can control. Please do not purchase tickets for this event UNLESS you accept and abide by the terms and conditions of sale.** Our pre-sale has now ended. In order to allow as many people as possible to attend the event, all customers purchasing tickets on Eventbrite are required to purchase a ticket PER PERSON. If you wish to ark on property, you must also reserve a parking space. If and when parking sells out, you may still purchase admission tickets but you will have to take an Uber / Rideshare service to the venue OR take a shuttle which will be supplied if there is enough demand. We will announce shuttle details if and when there is sufficient demand. Our event has a strict capacity for the number of cars allowed on site and also the number of people on site. Once those numbers have been reached, tickets for that day or days will no longer be available to purchase. Our festival consists of food vendors, retail vendors, activities for the kids, music and other activities / entertainment as advertised at each specific location. Weapons of any kind are prohibited and security checks will be in operation. Guests may bring a picnic blanket or camping chairs to sit on. Seating is not provided on site and the event is entirely on grass. Please do not bring any bags. Only small purses with essential items will be allowed as part of our security plan. If you have too many items in your purse, you may be asked to return any excess items to your vehicle. Cameras and camera bags are permitted but any commercial photographers must apply for a license as you would at any arena or stadium. Unless a license has been obtained, images from this event must remain free of any marking or commercial advertising and must not be sold for commercial use. We retain all image rights for the festival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
