Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist/ Housekeeping /Maintenance Inspector to join our team! You will conduct inspections to determine the quality of cleaning. Stage homes for proper presentation as well as conduct inspections to check for maintenance and security issues. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency, safety, comfort, and presentation. Responsibilities: • Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damages. • Conduct and report home inspections evaluation forms • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes. • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness issues • Participate in routine visual inspections • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Schedule housekeeping team for cleaning and laundry duties • Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs • Purchase and deliver products that need stocked • Assist with cleaning homes as needed -assist with light and battery changes • Help with trash pickups, disposal and hand shoveling- snow removal • Assist with marketing and generation of additional clients and business • Other duties as needed and assigned • On Call and weekend availability required Qualifications: • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields • Consistent and reliable • Strong attention to detail • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Some heavy lifting 50 + lbs. may be required • Comfortable using ladders • Safe driving record • Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout County
