Licensed Contractor Needed for $30,000 project

I’m looking for licensed contractors (does not need to be GC) that fits within my budget outlined below. Work would start in Dec. We would not have access to property but I have had an inspection done and have photos and videos and measurements. Property is a 1700 SF duplex. We are remodeling one of the units (850 SF) and doing exterior paint to entire place. Please see below. Flooring ($5,000 budget including materials) Laminate Flooring w/ attached underlayment: $2.99/sf (Home Depot Model # LF0011012 = $2817 for 942 SF) Exterior Paint ($3000 Budget including materials) Minor areas stucco patching. Minor replacement of dry rot wood. Paint the entire exterior and trim + two single car garage doors (video and pics available). Interior Paint + drywall + Baseboards + crown molding ($4000 budget including materials) Replace + Patch one piece of Drywall work in living room area where the wall heater is located (removing wall heater). Replace + Patch drywall in master bedroom on one wall where there was previous water damage (cut bottom 3 ft and replace). Paint entire interior (850 SQFT). Install 3 zone mini-split system + electrical work ($4500 budget including material) GFI outlets + Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors One GFI in each kitchen (two) + smoke and carbon monoxide in each room Kitchen (Budget $8,000k including material) Kitchen is small. Need new cabinets + countertops (white quartz+ backsplash Bathroom (Budget $6,000 including materials) Install new 5ft bathtub with sliding door + Tile bathtub to roof, new small vanity and mirror + toilet + Install exhaust Please contact me ASAP if interested.
