Landscaper to Plant More Ground Cover Plants

I have a drip system with plants and mulch, but want to fill in the space with more green ground cover. I'm looking for a landscaper or company to: 1) Plant more ground cover plants of the pic attached to this post 2) Plant more succulents - preferably green ground cover - maybe ice plant? 3) Add more outlets to the drip lines to help these plants grow I have a lot of space to fill, so will probably need 20 starter plants of each type. I have access to plants at wholesale but would prefer you to manage the entire job. Please tell me your day rate and cost for starter plants. Also interested in monthly maintenance services.
