Hello All, Offering personalized workouts in a private gym with an ocean view! Time to get in shape with a beautiful atmosphere, nice breeze, playlist catered to your tastes and good vibes. 1 on 1 or a small group of your choice. The gym is stocked with 5-100lb dumbbells, pulleys, squat rack, resistance bands, bench press, bosu ball, yoga balls, plated weights, barbell, TRX, and more. Everything needed for a complete full body workout. Before starting we will go over your goals to ensure we will reach them together. My background in fitness started from playing division one volleyball at Long Beach State, where I was taught fundamentals of Olympic Lifting, strength training, cardio, and movements of the body to improve overall athleticism and strength through mobility. After college I was chosen to represent the USA on the National Team for indoor volleyball. While competing for the USA we had the Olympic weight training coaches teaching us form and how to maintain our bodies for prolonged success. Along with strength training, I have been injured countless times and know how frustrating recovery and rehabilitation can be. If you are injured, recovering, or just lacking strength in certain areas from wears and tears of life, I want to help you get back to feeling great again. Workouts can be HIIT, cardio based, strength building, toning, sculpting, yoga/stretching, rehabilitating and will be catered to your personal needs. Recovery sessions with the top of the line full spectrum ClearLight infrared sauna available as well. Ice bath coupled with the sauna will ensure you will leave feeling ready to conquer life. Other recovery items offered are hypervolt by Hyperice, foam roller, stretching bands, lacrosse ball, and more. ****************Pricing***************** 1 on 1 sessions for $100 per hour. (First intro session for $50, this will also come with 20 min consultation to go over your goals) Group sessions for $120 per hour (3 people max) 4th person add on for $160 an hour (First session for $60 and consultation included) Recovery session 45 min full spectrum sauna treatment for $30 for one person. 2 people for $40 and 3 people for $50.
