Dinkins Manhattan Municipal Building called "Civic Fame" by Adolph Alexander Weinman. do you live/work near the Manhattan Municipal Building? can you see "Civic Fame" from your windows? if so, you could really help me by letting me into your space to shoot for just an hour or two! i can get a much better shot from above than i can below. appropriate buildings may be The Woolworth Building, the nearby courthouses, city hall, New York City Department of Buildings, or high rise condos or apartments nearby. if this applies, please reach out!
