Thieving individuals on the street walking in and out of Albertsons on 3rd. Employees can’t do anything. Police won’t respond if they call. Not a safe environment for working class in the evening and mornings. Shame on anyone who thinks this a fair or a safe working environment. Shame on Bend, Oregon this city is becoming a dump. New leadership is desperately needed.
