Description
We are an established national event staffing agency now hiring event staff to work in Fans Services for the Super Bowl Experience at the Phoenix Convention Center.
The Super Bowl Experience is the NFL’s primary fan-facing event, taking place for six days at the Phoenix Convention Center. SBX is an interactive park offering participatory games, youth football clinics, NFL Shop merchandise, sponsor activations, and autograph sessions. Fans will find opportunities for personalized digital photos, a 40-yard dash and vertical jump, Super Bowl rings display, photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy and so much more.
Staff must be highly professional and reliable, as they will be utilized in both office and fan-facing positions. Positions will rotate being front-of-house helping fans, as well as back-of-house answering phones, managing the SBX customer service email, managing Lost & Found inventory using our online software, and checking radios in and out to staff. Must have excellent customer service, computer, and phone skills.

Additional shifts may be available from January 29 - February 16, including on Super Bowl Sunday.
Pay: $23.00 per hour. This is a W-2 position. All staff must fulfill I-9 requirements.
