He was the runt of a litter of 12 and was born with 3 legs and 3 toes on his back foot and a short tail. She bottle fed him to get him strong enough to survive the rest of the puppies. She has gone off to college and I do not have the time or the space that he needs. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots.
