Need a helper to start immediately. Will pay $120 cash per day. Lots of maintenance, construction, and cleaning. I am a skilled tradesman that needs an apprentice. Getting too old and busy to do everything myself. Help packing, unpacking, setting up, tearing down, cleaning, and general maintenance. Building and general repairs inside and outdoors. Looking for a very positive attitude. Early is on-time and on-time is late. You need to be polite, honest, honorable, respectful, courteous, diligent, meticulous, very organized, and very professional. No drugs, spitting, or foul language. Quiet and peaceful environment. Sorry, I'm not much for too much chit-chat, I prefer lots focus. No playing on electronics during work. Must wear gloves, eye/hearing protection, respirator, and/or knee pads whenever I say... no need to be a tough guy. Very safe, respectful, and professional environment.
