Description
Local real estate investor needs a right hand man/woman to help with investment properties in Palatka. This position is for one person only, no team/duos/family. I need a reliable person to be my eyes and ears on my rentals in the area. This is NOT a fully remote position. You need to be able to drive to the properties and run errands as needed. Minimum five hours paid each week. It could be more depending on assigned tasks for the week. It's a bonus if you are handy and can help with light maintenance work. Prefer someone in Palatka or within minutes to Palatka. Sorry, I won't pay for driving time unless it's an errand you are running for me.
In person interview on November 12. Job to start November 21 and end January 31. Cash payment, with a bonus at the end, dependent on work performed.
