need a handyman with carpentry/electrical experience

Hello! We need a qualified carpenter / handyman to complete a closet build at our shop left unfinished by another contractor. He was very good but a complete headache to work with. We need someone who can assess his design and replicate it in order to finish this job. For the right person, there is plenty more work to be done. Factors important to us: must be able to start right away, not be lazy, and we will not pay upfront, lesson learned.
