Hello my name is Jason I live in meridian area and I work part time in a kitchen. The first thing I started my first kitchen job was in Phoenix Arizona but I am raised in Idaho. So what I am going to discuss to you is dishwasher job is a science and really is important job in a kitchen. You have to have clean dishes and clean pots /pans utensils and much more to serve the public. Anybody can be a cook also to be a server in the industry of food but nothing clean you might close your doors. People can get sick from cross contamination in a kitchen and not being clean dishes also can cause the public eating at a restaurant to be sick or can die. So a restaurant can get sued by public and have to close down or get a big ticket as a fine plus be shut down for a month to pass health district laws. Yes I know how it runs in a kitchen how it works plus training is the big key.
