Oakland Based indie/post-punk band in search of a drummer

Hey all! My indie/punk band based in Oakland is in search of a drummer. Our sound is a mixture of 90s era dischord bands like Fugazi, Jawbox, etc mixed with more modern indie rock sounds like Fontaines DC, Courtney Barnett, Idles etc. All of us are in our early 30s, have release several eps and have a full length LP that we’re finishing up. We treat the band as a serious hobby, i.e. we want to tour, release records, and invest time/money into the band, but don’t want to make the band a job. We have two labels that are supporting our releases, have a van and a practice space. Our ideal person has their stuff together, has good hang, and can practice at least once a week. Ideally looking for someone in our age range with similar musical taste, good chops and a desire to do something with music.
