Residential: Skim Coating

Looking for someone to take over my attempt at skim coating. I'm remodeling a house and doing most stuff myself, but it turns out that skim coating isn't something I'm good at. Scope is an entry hallway and living room. You don't have to worry about mess - all the flooring is being replaced. The longest wall with the arch has banana peel texture, all the other walls have a rougher texture. See pictures and let's talk price. Half up front, half upon completion. Cash. I will need someone again in the future, so if this goes off without a hitch, when I start on other rooms, you'll be the first person I call for skim coating. Not looking for solicitation on anything else. Looking to start 11/19/22. You don't have to worry much about mess, as I'm replacing the flooring.
