Friendly Orange barn/farm cat needs a new home

I have a very friendly orange cat who needs a new home. He is great with children and other pets. He is a farm cat who is exceptionally good at hunting gophers, moles, rats, and other rodents. He is roughly 3 years old. He is neutered (via the FCC) and has all his shots. He is a mostly outdoor cat, but comes inside frequently as well. I need rehome him because he is getting beat up by a neighbors cat that i've been unable to do anything about. small rehoming fee required. Please text, craigslist emails don't always come through
