Description

Hi there. This is a super hard post to write but unfortunately it needs to be done. We have a handsome, sweet 5 month old fully vaccinated and neutered male labradoodle named chase we need to find a good forever home for him. Chase gets very aggressive when on his leash and sees people. He gets excited and wants to go to them so he pulls, lunges, bites and growls and he’s very strong. He’s not trying to attack but he will turn around and snap at you when you’re trying to tell him down or it’s okay. If you let him approach he’s not aggressive to the people he just is super excited and jumping and won’t listen to commands anymore. I have 2 very small children and when they try to run or play he will also shows this aggression to them and what his vet says is trying to show dominance and he really needs a trainer/ behavioral specialist. He’s very smart he knows sit, wait, paw, down/off, and sits and waits for his food until you tell him okay eat. He is crate trained and I’d say 80% potty trained? He never goes in his crate. And we have a large area of our downstairs sectioned off for him and if he needs to go he will sit by his leash and bark but if we let him free in the whole house he’s running non stop and he won’t tell you unless you put him back in his space. If you’re needing anymore information please don’t hesitate to call it’s hard to really explain in a message. We love him and it’s breaking all our hearts especially my 4 year olds as we got him as his emotional support animal for a really tough year but we just cannot afford the training and help he needs. There is a rehoming fee.
