He took him to a vet and found that the dog was chipped. The vet contacted his owner, and the owners confirmed they no longer wanted him! They dumped the dog miles from their home. The dog is male, likely a year old, and weighs 50 pounds. His name is KENZO. My brother lives in a tiny apartment in Houston and cannot keep him.
