Charbay is the exclusive importer of this highly revered, limited production tequila, made with 100% Estate grown blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco. The pina is slowly baked for 4 days, crushed to extract the Mosto, & fermented by an 80-year old yeast culture before double-distillation in Tequilano Pot Stills and aging for 6 months in stainless steel.
