Looking for snow shoveling labors and crew leaders pay rate starts at $15hr for labors and $20 for crew leaders. If you show up every time it snows for the full week you will get $3 additional for every hour you worked for crew leader ls its $20 with snow blower $27 and $3 more for every hour worked for perfect attendance $30 hr.
