This Math Workshop is a MUST for general ed. teachers, resource and special education teachers and all teachers of math. *Numeracy Skills *Place Value Concepts *Neuroscience Behind Shifts in Instruction * Description of Learning Challenges Impacting Learning in Mathematics *Core Instructional Strategies with Manipulatives *Handouts/Take away models Ms. Zecher began as a classroom/demonstration teacher in a public school. Marilyn became a Certified Academic Language Therapist and dyslexia specialist, then spent 20 years learning how the brain learns math so that she could blend her O-G based training with evidence based strategies in mathematics. She has created and teaches two graduate level methods courses in Multisensory Math.
