REMOVE AND REPLACE A DEAD BOLT LOCK

Hello, I'm a senior in a mobile home park and I had a person staying here for a short time and when they left they took Keys to my door. I need to have the dead bolt lock removed and replaced with one that I bought for the door. I'm pretty much a handyman and I've tried to remove the dead bolt BUT it seems to be stuck inside the lock. I DONT WANT ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE DOOR FOR WHO EVER SAYS THEY CAN REPLACE IT. Please tell what your bid is to do this. Thanks
