What you say seems largely (But not completely) true. I wish he came off better, but he doesn't. What matters to me is not so much how he acts, but what he does for the benefit of the country. He's proven that he LOVES the USA, and works for the betterment of it's citizens. I don't think he was any kind of a genius or anything like that, but rather he took simple, obvious steps in the right direction. All while the media, the deep state, the entire democrat party and more than half of his own party were working against him. Really quite amazing. I also find it surprising that with all they've been throwing at him, with the latest being the illegitimate "January 6th" committee and the "stolen" documents baloney, they haven't been able to take him down. This guy must have done everything he could to remain squeaky clean for the last 30 or more years, or they'd have used it against him. I had to hold my nose when I first voted for him because I was somewhat susceptible to the media bullcrap, but I think history will show him to be on a short list of the greatest presidents we've had. Like he himself admitted....You can't always get what you want....You get what you need.....or something of that sort from the Stones song.
