Each change of seasons, at our business, we hang/remove 6' by 9' plastic clear curtains (its heavy duty clear marine material) on to clamps that are then hand screwed tight - not unlike what all the restaurants used with makeshift outside semi-enclosed space. Easiest done with two guys 6 to 6' 2" and TODAY is a great day to do it as the vinyl will be nice and soft. There are 12, they are in the basement. Carry them up, note markings to hang exactly where they go, then use supplied cold weather zip ties to secure sides. Clip the zip ties short when done. Approximately 3 hours for two people to do. If you are not over 6', you need to use a ladder which really slows the job down. Pay is $150 each via business check from East Bay Office Park Condo Association on Tuesday.
