Ryan Teigan MA, a Performance Coach with Persevere Performance will be giving a talk at our Fun Run on November 15th at 9:45AM after our group run.
Ryan will lead a brief exercise and introduce the topic of Mindfulness within the sport of endurance training. Ryan will be available to answer questions on the benefits of mental training and perseverance through adversity.
