It's officially the season to FALL into fitness! Once a week for 4 months, Tending to Your Temple is hosting a fun, exciting, and invigorating workout class designed to help you reach your fitness goals as we head into the holidays. Get a jump start on your new year resolution to get back into shape with weekly motivational workout sessions set to positive, uplifting music. Gain community. Gain momentum. Gain a new perspective on what's possible. Join me Saturday mornings for 16 weeks to sweat through a series of transformative exercise routines that personally took my body from a lethargic 240 pounds to a lean 186 in under a year. Most importantly, come have a good time tending to YOUR temple. Make sure you invite a friend, your significant other, or a family member to register with you for an even more rewarding experience! Note about tickets: One ticket ($30) equates to 4 weeks of classes for one person. (Covers $10 per class with one class included for free.) To purchase your ticket(s) for a given month, click "select a date" and choose the provided date for that month. There are 4 different dates displayed to represent each of the 4 months of classes available.
