Nomads Food Truck and Oozlefinch Beers/Nost Brewing Project are bringing you a four-course journey across the world! Travel with us as we explore the flavors of 4 internationally-inspired dishes paired with 4 of our newest beers.
8oz beer pours will be served with these corresponding plates:
1st COURSE
Beer: “Youse Guys” Blackberry Apple Cheesecake Sour (Oozlefinch)
Dish: Kho Samui Pork [Thailand] — crispy pork belly, jasmine rice, chili caramel, & scallions
2nd COURSE
Beer: “The Id” Hazy DIPA (Oozlefinch)
Dish: Panko Ono [Hawaii] — panko, Ono (white fish), coconut flake, pineapple salsa, & sriracha mayo
3rd COURSE
Beer: “Ersatz” Elderberry Mead-HardSeltzer (Oozlefinch)
Dish: Saltimbocca di Pollo [Italy] — chicken thigh, prosciutto, mozzarella, & sage butter
4th COURSE
Beer: “Disjointed Memories” Festbier Lager (Nost)
Dish: Apfelkücherl [Germany] — fried apples, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon brown sugar, & hazelnuts
Dinner will take place in the Barrel Room (please ask a bartender if you are unfamiliar with our extended brewery space!)
Plan to arrive 30 minutes early to check in, secure your seat, and get an additional beer or beverage before the meal begins.
