Come and join us for an afternoon of storytelling, family fun, and hot cocoa! Hosted by the Pi Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., this afternoon's salon will be held at the Nyack Library from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. The library is located at 59 S Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960; the reading will take place in the Community Room. This event supports early literacy learning and development. You'll hear author/illustrator Dr. Valerie read from the Cocoa Kids Collection® books series, cozy up with a cup of hot chocolate you create from the hot cocoa charcuterie table, and enjoy a few other kid-friendly surprises! Also, be sure to bring your copy of a Cocoa Kids Collection® book for the author signing, or pick up one up the day of the event, along with NEW Cocoa Kids Collection® swag just in time for holiday gift-giving. A limited supply of books, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs will be available for sale.
