Description

Conscious Breathwork and Sound Bath Meditation Join us for a 75 minute collective breathwork session led by Katie Wiley, a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator. Our work together will begin with an active breathwork. This will allow you to release emotions, turn off your thinking brain and enter a more relaxed meditation, where you can connect to your higher self. The crystal singing bowls meditation will end with a guided heart opening, leaving you filled with love and gratitude. No prior breathwork experience necessary, come and discover with us! Conscious breathwork will help you: - Reduce stress, anxiety and depression - Release toxins from the body - Strengthen your lungs and boost your immune system - Heal trauma and emotions stored in the body - Explore expanded states of consciousness - Boost your intuition I would recommend: - Not eating 2 hours before, or eat lightly - Wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes - Bringing an eye mask, if you’d like one - Arriving at least 5 minutes before the session to get settled in Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Breathwork can result in an intense physical and emotional release.
