Found black and white cattle dog mix

Found older dog hiding in the mulch outside Tangerine. Mainly black body with some white markings. Bright blue eyes. I have him food water, and called animal services since he seemed so scared and cold. Limited mobility. If the owner sees this post he’s safe with animal control- they even let him ride in the car with them. I hope you are reunited with your fur baby but please never leave him outside over night again. It’s starting to get so much colder and it broke my heart to see this morning.
